What is the Emotion Code?
The Emotion Code, created by Dr. Bradley Nelson, is a healing tool that can have marvelous
results. It’s the simplest and easiest way to remove emotional baggage from your body that has
built up over time.
When trapped emotions get lodged in your body they have the potential to cause emotional and physical pain. An emotion can become trapped if the normal emotional process is interrupted. The more trapped emotions and imbalances that you remove from your body the healthier you become.

What is a Heart-Wall?
Let me explain what a Heart-Wall, how exactly it affects each of us and why it’s almost like our second brain:
A heart wall is a wall of emotional energy around your heart. Our subconscious mind creates a
Heart-Wall during overwhelming events in our life. This is our body’s way of trying to protect us.
While a Heart – Wall protects us initially it then causes problems by blocking energy from flowing
throughout the body. This makes it more difficult for our bodies to heal itself, resulting in physical and
emotional pain.
Having a Heart-Wall can make you numb, it can make it hard for you to connect to people, feel
emotions and give and receive love. It is estimated that 93% of people have a Heart-Wall.

Kids & The Emotion Code
The Emotion Code Modality offers a powerful avenue for supporting children who may be struggling with their emotions and by releasing these emotions it allows children to find healing and balance. By clearing these emotions children can experience improved mental health, behavior, and overall well-being.
The Emotion Code / Body Code can have such a positive impact on children because they are so open and less restricted by negative thoughts and beliefs. This makes the balancing process quick and easy for kids.
Unfortunately kids can absorb Trapped Emotions from other people and even from the time they spent in the womb. They can also inherit trapped emotions from previous generations.
I had one little boy who was not behaving like himself and his mum contacted me to see if I could connect to
his sub-consciousness to see if he had any trapped emotions that might be contributing to this change in his behaviour.
I released 4 trapped emotions from this little boy and his mum contacted me 5 days later to say by removing these emotions she has seen a huge difference in him. That little boy didn’t even need to be on a video call with me. Once I had his mum’s permission I could tap into his subconscious and work away but still get great results.

What Happens During an Emotion Code/Body Code Session?
During a session I will connect with you on many levels. As a certified Emotion Code Practitioner & Angelic Energy Healer I have access to specific tools that help me get to the root cause of your issue whether it is physical, emotional, mental or spiritual.
Through muscle testing, using my intuition and connecting to the subconscious I can
identify and release trapped emotions and imbalances that are lodged in your body that may be causing
you harm.
The beauty of this work is that it is non-invasive and allows for complete privacy, there is no need to
disclose any personal information unless you want to but still get great results. The session is done
through video call e.g. Whatsapp/Zoom so you don’t even have to leave the comfort of your own home. I
work with clients in America and Australia so location is no problem.

My name is Dawne Aherne. I am married with two beautiful teenage girls. Firstly, the person I am
today was someone I never thought I could be. Let me tell you a little bit about how the emotion code changed my life:
I always had the belief that I wasn’t good enough and never appreciated my own worth but I
would appreciate everyone else’s. I always felt like I was doing things that I thought I
was meant to do, but never being able to see what my own path was.
One of my biggest issues was feeling stuck and not knowing what I needed to change to make
me feel at ease with myself. I knew I needed to change but had no idea how. Until my lovely
sister gave me the present of an Emotion Code session and from there on my story changed.
Over the course of my sessions with my practitioner I noticed that I started saying and doing
things that I never dreamed of doing. I got the confidence to walk in my own path. I also
discovered that I was an empath and by knowing this I could understand myself much better.
I was so blown away with this healing tool and the changes it was bringing about in me that I
wanted to learn everything about The Emotion Code and how I could help other people, so I
qualified as an Emotion Code Practitioner. By removing my emotional baggage I found the real
me.
Energy healing has now become my passion and I continue to learn and increase my
knowledge in healing modalities so that I can give the best possible healing experience to you.
